Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

Note: Moori is currently in early access. Full Terms of Service are being drafted and will be published before general availability. These early-access terms summarise the current expectations in plain language.

Acceptance

By creating a Moori account or using the Moori service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Moori is a client operations tool for freelancers, consultants, and small service businesses. It is provided as-is during early access. Features may change. Access is not guaranteed to remain free beyond the early access period.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your login or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Your data

You own the data you enter into Moori. You grant Moori a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your client data or business information.

Acceptable use

You must use Moori for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the service, or use Moori to store illegal content.

Billing

Moori is currently free during early access. When paid plans are introduced, you will be notified and given the opportunity to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel before any charges apply.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of liability

Moori is provided without warranty. We are not liable for loss of data, lost profits, or other damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
